Returns and Exchanges
Boslla website orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How do I return?
- Submit your Return Request to our customer service
- Once it is approved, you will get your RMA number and the return address via email.
- After you return the item, please send us the tracking number.
- Once we have received the returned item(s)/or on its way back to us, our customer service will apply the refund or send the replacement within 3 business days.
What items are returnable?
- The items within 30 days of the shipping day.
- They must be in the original packaging and condition.
- Please do not return the parcel to the shipping address on the parcel. We can’t sign it. If you send it back there, the return will not be accepted.
- Return shipping fees and the shipping fees from your original order will not be refunded for non-defective products.
Who pays for shipping?
Please note that we do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship.
