Boslla Website orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund to the original form of payment.

  • All returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware and accessories.
  • All returned items must not be scratched, soiled or damaged due to wear or installation.
  • Please do not return the parcel to the shipping address on the parcel. We can’t sign it. If you send it back there, the return will not be accepted. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

If we goofed and sent you the wrong order or item(s), let us know and we’ll get it fixed in a flash. Email us at support@boslla.com, we will help you get the items you ordered.

EXCHANGES

If you have ordered the wrong items, please email us at support@boslla.com, we will help you return the item and place a new order.

REFUND INFORMATION

Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund of the merchandise purchase price will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

NOTES

  1. You need to provide a clear photo or video showing the product problem. Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s).
  2. If the product is returned for customer reasons (including non-satisfaction, wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.  And, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item but minus the shipping fees.
  3. For non-customer-related returns within one month, Boslla is responsible for the shipping fee, and the customer must return it using the shipping method Boslla prescribes. In all return situations, the customer must provide the tracking number.
  4. Customers must contact us before returning an item. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, Boslla reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
  5. All returns will be checked by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned product cannot be repaired, Boslla will provide an alternative solution.
  6. If you do not want to pay high import duties on the return package, please avoid selecting an express mail service like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and similar ones.

Warranty and Replacement 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. At Boslla.com, we offer limited warranties on any products purchased from us.

WARRANTY SERVICES

Your warranty period begins on the date of purchase. We offer a one-year replacement warranty unless otherwise stated on the special product page.

If your product is defective and covered by the warranty, you can get a replacement for free. You will be asked to provide some photos and videos to help to check the issues.

If you have damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the item(s) and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
