Returns and Exchanges 

Boslla website orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. 

How do I return?

  1. Submit your Return Request to our customer service
  2. Once it is approved, you will get your RMA number and the return address via email.
  3. After you return the item, please send us the tracking number.
  4. Once we have received the returned item(s)/or on its way back to us, our customer service will apply the refund or send the replacement within 3 business days.

What items are returnable?

  • Product(s) within 30 days of the shipping day.
  • Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging. In no event will we accept a product return that is in a poor condition.
  • Please do not return the parcel to the shipping address on the parcel. We can’t sign it. If you send it back there, the return will not be accepted. 

Who pays for shipping?

We are not responsible for any return freight charges unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part. In the event an error is made by us, a return shipping label will be provided.

Refund processing

  • Once the returned product(s) has/have been inspected and processed, the refund will be returned to the payment account you used to buy the product(s) within 3 business days. If the purchase was made with a debit or credit card, it may take an additional 1-7 business day(s) for your financial institution to reflect the credit on your account.
  • While returns are accepted, please note that refunds for non-defective items will be subject to a deduction of 10% – 20%. This deduction helps cover the handling and processing fees associated with shipping and returns. We will try to do everything possible to help our customers avoid a need for returns.
