Returns and Exchanges 

Boslla website orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. 

How do I return?

  1. Submit your Return Request to our customer service
  2. Once it is approved, you will get your RMA number and the return address via email.
  3. After you return the item, please send us the tracking number.
  4. Once we have received the returned item(s)/or on its way back to us, our customer service will apply the refund or send the replacement within 3 business days.

What items are returnable?

  • The items within 30 days of the shipping day.
  • They must be in the original packaging and condition.
  • Please do not return the parcel to the shipping address on the parcel. We can’t sign it. If you send it back there, the return will not be accepted. 
  • Return shipping fees and the shipping fees from your original order will not be refunded for non-defective products.

Who pays for shipping?

Please note that we do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship.
