Boslla offers a 1-year warranty for all of our products. If your product is defective and covered by the warranty, you can get a replacement for free.
Pictures/videos of the defective products should be required to claim the warranty. In most cases, we would not require the defective products returned to us.
If you have damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the item(s) and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
1. What isn't covered by the Official Warranty?
- Purchases aren't from Boslla Website or Boslla Amazon Store
- Any free product received through participation in the giveaway
- Non-quality-related issues
- Lost or stolen products
2. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?
- The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
